We can help you with a variety of cases
We help people in a wide variety of ways, from counselling and family therapy to women’s support centres and helplines.
A victim support worker will offer you support if you have been treated violently, negligently or badly. You can get help and advice from us. We can also give you advice if you are worried about a loved one or want to support someone as a specialist.
If you are a victim of violence against women, we invite you to contact a women’s support centre. Our best advisers are here to help you. You are welcome with children and you can stay anonymous. The service is free of charge around the clock.
Sexual violence crisis centres provide 24/7 support for people who have experienced sexual violence in the last seven days. Come on your own or with an escort, at any time and without a referral, and without having to go to the police. You are welcome even if you do not remember what happened to you.
The victim support helpline 116 006 offers round-the-clock crisis counselling, provides information about your rights and options for assistance, and puts you in touch with the right specialists. You can also call us from abroad on +372 614 7393.

The service of a closed children’s institution is a last resort for a child who is a danger to their own life, health or development, or that of others. While in the service, the child learns ways of living that are not harmful to their life and health.
